House Blend

Two thirds Brazilian Yellow Bourbon for body and chocolate, one third washed Colombian for sweetness and lift. We blend after roasting, not before, so each component hits its own best profile. This is the coffee our roasters drink.

1. 01Forgiving across every brewer — start with the standard ratio.
2. 02For espresso, pull 18g in to 36g out over 28 seconds.
3. 03For filter, 1:16 at 94°C is a reliable place to begin.
4. 04Adjust grind first, ratio second.

Orders placed before 2pm are roasted the same day and handed to our courier the next morning. Greater Cairo arrives in 1–2 business days at 50 EGP; the Delta and Alexandria in 2–3 days at 65 EGP; everywhere else in Egypt within 3–5 days at 85 EGP.

Delivery is free on orders over 1,200 EGP. We pay for return shipping on anything that arrives damaged or is not what you ordered — email hello@mora.coffee within seven days and we will sort it.
